An inhabited ice planet is passing a neighboring body, This icy world was once green and verdant but a large space body has affected its orbital path, effectively dragging it out into a new and extended orbit. Now, every few years this planet passes ones of its neighbors, the people living here have to contend not only with living in a changed environment, but the possibility that their world may end in collision with another. How would the people of Earth handle this dilemma ? Perhaps this situation is being played out, right now somewhere in the galaxy. Here we see a great golden dome, part of an alien complex, with the city stretching out under the ice, as a measure to conserve heat. The inhabitants would have had a fair amount of time to realize what was going to happen. The planet would take some years to take up a new path about their sun. One of their air craft has just flown overhead. The people here, maybe they look human, or maybe not. They could even be canine or feline in appearance. Would they be friendly or hostile; to visitors from Earth that may land here. PAINTING DIMENSIONS : 37
